Licensed in the state of Oregon. Ken is a long-time Bend resident and can remember when the population was 17,000, 3rd street had only three stop lights, and Mt. Bachelor's chairs were named after colors. A lot has changed since those days, but all the things that made Bend special back then are still here today. Ken began his real estate career in 2006 and has successfully assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers in their quest to understand the market and achieve their goal of either owning property in Central Oregon or maximizing proceeds from their sale. Prior to real estate, Ken spent time in banking, investments, and owned two businesses. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and an avid Duck fan. Ken enjoys all that Central Oregon has to offer; fly fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, camping, stand up paddling, hunting, rock climbing, and more; but his first love is golf. When not providing outstanding customer service to his clients, Ken can be found on the driving range, putting green, or teeing off on #1.

Molly is a native Oregonian who delights in outside adventures and the Central Oregon lifestyle - skiing the powder at Mt Bachelor, paddle boarding the Deschutes River and mountain lakes, pickle balling with friends, and spending time golfing and traveling with her family.

Licensed in the state of Oregon, Molly is a broker with the Renner Group, a husband/wife team partnering with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty, located in Bend’s Old Mill District. She has 33 years of strategic marketing, sales, public relations, and advertising experience. She launched her career overseeing national marketing teams in the communications and technology sector, leading them in brand development, product development, marketing, and communications. Later, Molly became an entrepreneur passionately working with small startups and medium-to-large companies solving brand and sales challenges.

Having 22 years of local Central Oregon knowledge, Molly’s understanding of the community has enhanced her ability to service her clients. She has broad experience in contract negotiations, problem solving, and knowing when it’s time to execute. Her business philosophy has always been focused on organizational skills, steadfast customer service, and she’s a stickler for details - which in real estate is imperative for a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved.

Molly is also very committed to her non-profit work and enjoys her board leadership position for a non-profit serving people with disabilities.
